Faux Bone Inlay
Paying homage to traditional Indian bone inlay furniture spotted on Annie’s adventures in Rajasthan, the Faux Bone Inlay stencil is made of three separate pieces, including the main inlay pattern and a selection of borders and corners, coming together with smaller embellishments to personalise your pattern.
Paint your stencil design with Chalk Paint® in Old White, allow to dry, and follow with Pearlescent Glaze for an authentically Indian mother of pearl look (at a fraction of the cost of Bone Inlay furniture).

Annie’s stencils are made from a durable, washable, semi-opaque plastic (250 micron/10 mil Mylar) making them reusable for multiple projects. Apply your stencil with either a Sponge Roller or Stencil Brush, taping your design down for ease of application. Further instructions and ideas are on the packaging.

Aftercare: Clean your stencil by soaking in warm soapy water and gently rub off the paint without scrubbing.
